The room was spacious and clean. The gym had a couple treadmills and bikes.
I had problems with the room service. I ordered coffee in a takeaway cup. It was barely lukewarm. The ordering system allows only one selection. So I cannot add an extra shot and specify the type of milk.

the room i had was a premier king room city view high floor. the view was great. the breakfast buffet included a good range of options.
The gym didn't have any free weights. It was limited to machines only.

The rooms provide generous space. I found early check-in communication helpful. Breakfast included many delicious options. Every staff member provided great service. I like the superb gym. I used the well located underground hotel parking. The provided amenities ensured I had everything I needed.
I think blankets should be available instead of just doonas, I felt too warm.

My room included a comfortable bed with crisp linen. The room also included soundproofing. I found great the modern decoration and cleanliness. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and quality amenities.

the bridal party prepared for her wedding celebrations in a spacious room. the room accommodated her bridal gown, also that of her bridesmaid. the view was beautiful, really fitting for a wedding celebration.
the beds WEREN'T comfortable. the room did not get changed, annoying. i stood at reception for ten minutes, though only one receptionist was on duty.

the executive club room was on the 27th floor the room had a large bathroom and city views. breakfast was served in the club lounge the lounge offered food and drinks between 5-7pm daily the food had an asian theme.
